La canzone di Adam

Adam è un bambino del Darfur di 12 anni. I ricordi di un’infanzia segnata da guerre e fame racchiuse nelle parole e nella musica di questa canzone

Da quando il conflitto ha distrutto il suo villaggio si è rifugiato nel campo di Muhajariya. Nonostante la grande voglia di imparare ha frequentato la scuola solo sporadicamente a causa della guerra e dei continui spostamenti. Questa canzone è stata registrata da una volontaria di Medici Senza Frontiere durante un incontro di educazione alla salute: Adam chiese alla ragazza di poter cantare e, una volta finita la sua canzone, si è seduto con la testa tra le gambe incurante degli applausi.
